Our reprint guarantee

If a sticker peels, fades, or arrives bent or damaged within a year of delivery, we reprint it free. Reply to your order email with a photo — that’s it.

Lost in the mail

Stamped (untracked) orders that haven’t shown up within 10 business days get reshipped free. If a tracked order says delivered but you can’t find it, tell us and we’ll sort it out.

Changed your mind?

Store designs can be returned unused within 30 days for a refund of the sticker price. Honestly, return postage usually costs more than the stickers — most people keep them, and that’s fine with us.

Custom and AI stickers

Custom stickers are made just for you, so we can’t take them back once printed. That’s why custom orders get a proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it. If what arrives doesn’t match the approved proof, we reprint free.

Cancelling

Reply to your confirmation email before your order prints and we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.
